Cancellation Policy

Please kindly take 5 minutes to read through all terms and conditions before booking your appointment. By booking an appointment you are agreeing to these terms and conditions made by The Face Atelier. Cancelation Policy: All bookings require a minimum of 5 days’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Anything less than 5 days will result in losing your deposit and a new appointment will need to be made. All bookings require a non-refundable deposit. You must be over the age of 18 years old to have permanent make up. It is your responsibility to follow all pre care provided. It is your responsibility to not take any of the following for a minimum of 24hours prior to your treatment : alcohol, painkillers such as ibuprofen, aspirin, paracetamol, caffeine, blood thinners and recreational drugs. Not doing so can effect your healed results. It is your responsibility to follow all aftercare as given by the face atelier. Not doing so can effect your healed results. If you have any previous permanent make up completed at any time by another artist a consultation must be booked prior to your treatment to assess your individual case. The face atelier reserves the right to refuse service at any one point. Prices are subject to change. You agree to answer all questions on the consultation form truthfully and to the best of your knowledge.
